We want everyone to have a great time at Rainbow's End! Our booking conditions are below for each group type. A copy of these is also on your booking ticket.
Group Booking Conditions
All group bookings must be pre-booked for discounts to apply and discounts are offered at the discretion of Rainbow's End.
Please ensure you read the important information link on your booking ticket with details for your visit.
1) All prepayments and deposits are non-refundable. Tickets are for one visit only.
2) If you have requested payment via invoice, please note our invoice payments are due 7 days from issue. Late payment fees apply.
3) Should you wish to make a change to the date of your booking, we will require notification no later than 3 working days prior to your booking. All change requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Rainbow's End. If a date change is approved, prices will reflect charges at the new date and not for the original date booked.
4) Your booking ticket and completed group numbers form are required at time of entry. Please ensure these are printed and with you on the day.
5) Guests must enter together and one payment is due on arrival for the whole group before entry. We accept cash, eftpos, Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept AMEX or cheques of any type.
6) Rainbow's End has a great selection of dining options for individuals, families and groups. No outside food may be brought into the park, however a special birthday cake is allowed if you have booking a Birthday Room or Rainbow Birthday package. We have tables outside the park where you may leave the park to enjoy food from home or other businesses. If you have ordered a catered meal from Rainbow's End please see the link in your ticket regarding orders and any changes.
7) Your booking is non-transferable and is unable to be sold in online auctions such as trade-me or in any other online market place.
8) Please see your important information link for applicable opening hours. Rainbow's End is not open on Christmas Day.
9) Park may be closed in adverse weather conditions, please check the website before your visit.
10) The group discount above is based on numbers provided at the time of booking. If your numbers change this may affect your rate, please see the important information link on your booking ticket.
11) Rides and attractions are subject to change without notice, please check rainbowsend.co.nz for updates and scheduled maintenance, see link in latest updates.
12) For personal safety Rainbow's End does not allow pregnant women on rides.
13) Not valid with any other offers, deals or discounts.
14) Height restrictions for rides will apply, children under 2 are free with a paying adult.
15) Please note that on weekdays outside of school holidays, rides operate on a timetable. Some days can be exceptionally busy so call ahead to check park numbers to avoid disappointment.
16) Occasionally we send emails to guests who have booked with us, all our emails contain an unsubscribe link should you wish to not receive these.
17) Bag checks are a condition of entry and are required to maintain our park safety standards. At bag checks we are looking for the followign restricted items:
- Any kind of weapon
- Knives/Sharps
- Glass containers of any kind
- Aerosols
- External
Your payment is handled by Real Time Booking Systems (RTBS) and will show on your credit card statement with the name "Whyte Waters Group Frankton". Your booking is subject to the terms and conditions of Real Time Booking Systems.

School booking Conditions

School rates apply to New Zealand registered primary, intermediate and high schools only. For visiting school groups from other countries please enquire about our tour group rates.

Primary and Intermediate schools: For every 8 students in the group, 1 teacher/helper can receive either a riding pass at the same price as the students OR a free spectator pass. A minimum number of 8 students is required for bookings.
High schools: For every 10 students in the group, 1 teacher/helper can receive either a riding pass at the same price as the students OR a free spectator pass. A minimum number of 10 students is required for bookings.
Please ensure that you make the correct booking for your students. Primary and intermediate covers year 1-8 and high school covers years 9-13. Supervising adults must be teachers or similar and may not be students. Adults cannot count toward student minimum numbers or ratios.

Birthday Party Conditions

**BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS**
1. Opening hours 10am – 5pm on weekends, school holidays and public holidays. Opening hours 10am – 4pm mid-week during school term. Rainbow's End is closed on Christmas Day.
2. For Birthday Room Package bookings, please plan to arrive at least 45 minutes before your reserved time so your booking can be processed and payment can be finalised. Your booking ticket and completed group numbers form are required at time of entry. Please ensure these are printed and with you on the day (see attachment for group numbers form). For Rainbow Birthdays there is no reserved time and arrival is any time from 10am.
3. One payment will need to be made for all guests prior to their entry into Rainbow’s End. We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard. Final payment will include any catering which has been booked and this cannot be altered on the day.
4. Height restrictions for rides will apply, children under 2 are free with a paying adult.
5. If you are having a cake please bring your own plates, candles and lighter.
6. Rainbow's End has a great selection of dining options for individuals, families and groups. No outside food may be brought into the park, however a special birthday cake may be brought into the park if you have booked our Birthday Room or Rainbow Birthday package. We have tables outside the park where you may leave the park to enjoy food from home or other businesses.
7. Food storage and heating facilities are not available.
8. Mid-week during school term the rides in Kidz Kingdom will not all be running at the same time. During this period the rides in the main park operate on a timetable which can be viewed on our website.
9. Rides are occasionally unavailable due to maintenance or other developments in the park, please see our website for details. Park may be closed in severe weather conditions, please check the website before your visit.
10. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while in the park.
11. The Birthday Room Package and Rainbow Birthday Package are not valid with any other offers, deals or discounts and the two packages cannot be combined.

Party Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. All deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable. Cancellation or a no-show on the day will result in loss of deposit. This booking and associated payments are non-transferrable.
2. All change requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed by Rainbow's End. Every effort will be made to accommodate change requests, however we cannot guarantee the ability to transfer, change or amend a booking.
3. If a date change is approved, prices will reflect charges at the new date and not for the original date booked.
4. Deposits and prepayments for birthdays can only be used for birthday bookings.
5. Kidz Kingdom has indoor birthday rooms, an indoor play complex and a covered outdoor ride area, weather conditions will not be considered as a reason to transfer a booking or cancel on the day and will result in loss of deposit paid.
6. If a party guest is paid for on the day of the party but does not enter Rainbow's End we can process a refund no later than 3pm. To arrange this, please return to the entry gate before 3pm and a refund can be arranged for the pass portion of the package less meal or other prebooked costs. No refunds will be processed after this time and refunds cannot be processed if under minimum numbers.
